Task Force Kilted Veterans is proud to present the 2023 Rally forVeterans!
For this year’s event we are proud to announce that we
have partnered with K9’s for Warriors for this event. This means all
event proceeds will be donated to K9’s for Warriors to aid in the
sponsoring of a service dog for a Veteran in need.
For those of you that have done any sort of rally before, you already
know what to expect. For those of you that haven't, it's definitely an
experience.
All participants will start “The Rally” Saturday morning, 19 August
2023 in Helen, Ga. From there you will follow a list of grid coordinates
to get to the next locations taking a selfie with objects at each of
those locations.
There are multiple awards for “The Rally”
1. Fastest to complete all required selfies
a. In case there are multiple teams, we will go into the bonus/extra credit opportunities.
2. The team with the most donations raised.
3. Team with the best theme/costume
4. Heart of the Rally goes to the team that exemplify what the rally is about (giving, raising awareness, taking care of other, having
fun)
At the end of “The Rally” on Sunday in Birmingham, participants
will meet up for a dinner and award presentation to the “winning”
teams.
The Rally Schedule 19-20 August 2023
- Start is Helen, Ga and Day 1 will end in Pigeon Forge, TN. We will be staying at the Hampton Inn and Suites, Pigeon Forge on the Parkway (included in your event registration).
- Day 2 will begin in Pigeon Forge, TN and will end in Birmingham, AL
Registration Info and Cost
- Registration cost is $400 per team
a. covers vehicle decals for The Rally
b. covers your hotel for Saturday, 19 August 2023
We are limiting The Rally to 30 teams. Meaning the first 30 teams that
pay their registration in full by 1 June 2023 are officially registered.
Registration for The Rally will close on 1 June 2023 to allow all teams
time to raise donations for their team.
